This is a development that comprised over 50 housing units for Gemcm Enterprises located in Kitengela.
The work done here included the following :
- Lighting design
- Power reticulation and design
- Data installation design
- Intruder alarm design and provision
- CCTV design.
Along with these we also did supervision of the installations, including testing and finally commisioning before handing over to the client.
